Hidromel

Mead a beverage is fermented on the basis of honey and water , is generally used in their production, an aspect ratio of one part of honey by two of water , but may vary depending on the recipe and the production area. Consumed since ancient times, its manufacture is prior to the wine and certainly to that of beer . Besides being consumed in Ancient Rome and Greece, other ancient cultures that consume this drink were the Celts , the Saxons and Vikings . He was also known consumption of a similar drink by the Mayans .
